Sharon Kung received her training in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at the Jean M. Wong School of Ballet in Hong Kong. She completed the Royal Academy of Dance grade with distinction marks. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine with a BFA in Dance Performance. She is now a dancer a freelance dance artist with Dance Theatre of San Francisco, and KAMBARA + DANCERS. Her previous companies include Oakland Ballet Company and Thodos Dance Chicago. In 2019, Sharon made her dance-on-film choreography debut in the film "Dreamer" was internationally selected in 2020. Alongside dancing professionally, she also choreographs and coaches students for prestigious competitions. Her philosophy is to teach the importance of artistry, technique, musicality, and creativity through movement.
